In our increasingly globalised world, an understanding of corporate law is significant.

Our MBA in Corporate Law is designed to focus on aspects of law and general management that are related to business, regulatory and governance decision-making. It ensures you are trained in the practical aspects of corporate law, and opens avenues of potential networking. You will have a better insight and understanding of laws, rules, and regulations that pertain to corporations.

With this Course, You Will:
- Cover the most important tenets of business leadership – Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual property, Strategic Management, Marketing, and Management.
- Be introduced to core business law areas such as Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property, Corporate Law and M&As.
- Be equipped with the relevant skills and knowledge to navigate your career in the increasingly competitive realms of business and entrepreneurship.

- A Bachelor's degree with minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or an equivalent qualification as accepted by the Senate; or
- A Bachelor's Degree with CGPA below 2.50 out of 4.00 or an equivalent qualification, subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience
