Course Highlight/ Description

This program emphasizes both the theoretical aspects as well as the practices of business administration. Students will study business organizations, management and the changing global environment in which they operate, including the applied skills needed for a successful career in the business industries.

Students will learn how businesses operate and the fundamentals of professional management practice, from accounting, economics, finance, human resource management to marketing principles. The program will enable students to explore the increasingly complex global, political, economic, social and technological environment within which businesses operate.

The Diploma in Business  Administration aims to provide students with a broad, analytical and integrated skills of business management. It is designed for students who wish to gain a general business diploma with the option of furthering their undergraduate and postgraduates studies.

- To equip students with basic business and management skills for the job markets in various industries and sectors;

- To prepare students for advanced and further studies in business administration;

- To assist students in developing skills and competency needed for the challenging and evolving business world; and

- To support and contribute to the development of national and regional economy.
